This is one of the cheapest universities in Ghana. The university has its location in Accra. They were registered in September 2003 and then got their accreditation to operate as a university in the year 2014. Their lectures began in January 2005 with up to 30 pioneer students at Mataheko. They have up to 3 other campuses with locations at Dansoma, Graphic Road and Lartebiorkoshie. The institution runs on 3 schools which are the school of informatics, Engineering and Technology and the School of Research and Graduate Studies and Leadership. This private university is at Sowutuom in Ghana. The institution is among the new universities in the country of Ghana and they got their accreditation by the National Accreditation Board in the year 1994. They were formed in the month of March 2003. The Chancellor of the University is also the Chairman of the Church of Pentecost. The institution runs many professional programs that are designed to make students meet up with the latest trends. The university has affiliations with the University of Ghana and the Church of Pentecost. The 5 professional programs make the students stand out. The motto of this university is empowered to serve.

They were formed by the International Central Gospel Church in Ghana. They began as a pastoral training institute in the year 1998. Then they were known as the Central Bible College by the year 1991.
